At Resin Rockers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies. If your items are unused and in their original packaging, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition; please note that resins and pigments must have their safety seals intact to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box or a similar protective container, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
